We specialize in 100% raw human hair and premium virgin hair extensions. Our raw hair is ethically sourced from trusted donors in Vietnam, India, and Cambodia, while our virgin hair collections are made from high-quality human hair with cuticles aligned for a soft, natural finish.
2. What’s the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
Raw hair is completely unprocessed — no chemicals, dyes, or steam treatments — giving you the most natural texture and the longest lifespan (up to 3–5 years with proper care).
Virgin hair is slightly processed for uniform texture and color but still 100% human hair and high quality.
3. How long does shipping take?
- Ready-to-Ship Collection (U.S.) → Ships within 2–3 business days.

4. How long does your hair last?
With proper care, our raw hair can last up to 3–5 years, and our virgin hair can last 1–2 years. Longevity depends on how often you wear, color, and style your hair.
5. Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes! Both our raw and virgin hair can be colored or bleached. However, we always recommend letting a professional stylist handle chemical processing to maintain the hair’s health and shine.
6. Do you offer custom wigs?
Yes! Our Luxury Raw Hair Collection includes custom-made wigs that are tailored to your preferences — from length and texture to lace type and density. Custom units take 7–10 business days before shipping.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened, installed, or altered. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
8. How should I care for my hair extensions or wig?
Use sulfate-free shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and avoid excessive heat. Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb, and store your wig on a mannequin head when not in use. Treat it like your own natural hair for the best results!
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by destination, and all international orders come with tracking information.
