GiGi’s Galore is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Because many beauty and personal-care products are hygienic or personal-use items, certain opened, used, tested, altered, or otherwise ineligible products may not qualify for return or exchange.
