Welcome to GiGi’s Galore, your destination for 100% raw and premium virgin hair extensions. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Orders & Payments



All orders must be paid in full at checkout before processing. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment system.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


GiGi’s Galore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock availability.

Processing & Shipping



  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days.
  • International Vendor Collections: Processing may take 3–5 business days, with delivery in 5–10 business days depending on vendor location and customs clearance.



Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. GiGi’s Galore is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.

Returns & Exchanges



Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been opened, installed, or altered.


If you receive the wrong item, length, or texture, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at Rolandfamilyllc@GigisGalore.com with your order number and photos. We will gladly review and resolve the issue.

Product Disclaimer



Our hair is 100% raw or virgin human hair. Because raw hair comes directly from donors, no two bundles or wigs are identical in color, curl pattern, or texture. This natural variation is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.


We recommend co-washing hair before installation for best results.

GiGi’s Galore values your privacy. We do not share or sell your personal information. All payment information is encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways to protect your data.
