At GiGi’s Galore, we take pride in delivering top-quality luxury hair. Every bundle, wig, and extension goes through a careful inspection before shipping. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened, installed, or altered in any way.


If you receive the wrong item, length, or texture, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at Rolandfamilyllc@GigisGalore.com with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly review your request and make it right.
