Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final — however, your satisfaction means everything to us. Please review the full policy below.
🛍️ All Sales Are Final
Due to federal health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, closures, or frontals once they’ve left our facility.
This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, untouched hair.
We encourage you to double-check your order (length, texture, lace type, and color) before completing your purchase.
💕 Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes or issue refunds.
✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipment, but in the rare case your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
After review, we’ll work quickly to resolve the problem by issuing a store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
💌 Store Credits
Approved store credits will be issued as a digital gift code that can be used toward any future GiGi’s Galore purchase. Credits do not expire and are valid on all items, including new arrivals.
